I agree to drop off the loaner equipment at the USPS or have it picked up by the USPS for shipment in good working order (normal wear is acceptable) within two (2) calendar days of receiving the loaner.
 

I will ship the loaner unit back to us via USPS. (A prepaid shipping label is included.)
 

I will use the loaner unit carefully and only as intended. No modifications or repairs are allowed without LINOH2O's permission.
 

I acknowledge that if the loaner unit is late and not returned on time, LINOH2O may need to charge the full replacement cost of the unit plus any additional fees such as shipping. 
 

A Note on Responsibility: I am responsible for any loss, damage, or theft while it's in my possession (beyond normal use). LINOH2O is not liable for any indirect or unexpected issues from using it. To the extent allowed by law, I release LINOH2O from claims related to its use, except in cases of our gross negligence or intentional wrongdoing.
