• Customer receives loaner equipment -  LINO will provide a complimentary, calibrated, and ready-to-use DR3900 loaner unit, along with a pre-paid return shipping label for the customer's unit to be sent in for service.

• Customer ships their unit and sends their DR3900 to LINO using the provided pre-paid shipping label.

​

• LINO performs calibration and maintenance and completes  the annual maintenance, certification, and calibration of the received unit.

​

• LINO returns the calibrated and validated DR3900 back to the customer along with a pre-paid return shipping label for the loaner unit.

​

• Customer ships the LINO loaner unit back to LINO using the provided pre-paid shipping label.
